Ingredients:
4 salmon filet’s
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
1 tablespoon dill
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
To Make the Sauce:
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit at room temperature while you make the salmon.
To Make the Salmon:
Brush each piece with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the tops.
Air fry at 375 for 8 minutes.
Serve with the sauce over the top of the salmon.
