Cheesy Cauliflower Rice

INGREDIENTS

6 cups riced cauliflower (I used frozen)

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp garlic salt

4 tbsp cream cheese

1/4 cup milk

2 cups cheddar cheese

Salt & Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

1. In large skillet, melt butter and stir in riced cauliflower on medium heat.

2. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3. Continue to cook the cauliflower till tender.

4. Turn down heat to low and stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese and milk until melted and combined.

5. Serve immediately.
