Honey Garlic Meatballs

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs


INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons brown sugar (golden monkfruit) 1/3 cup honey (sugar free maple syrup) 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 28 oz. fully cooked, frozen meatballs


INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and minced garlic. Add the meatballs and toss to cover with the sauce. 2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper if needed. If desired, top with sesame seeds, chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve as an appetizer or main dish over rice or as a sandwich.
