Italian Summer Salad

Ingredients:

Head of broccoli chopped

Head of Cauliflower chopped

1 Red bell pepper chopped

8oz banana peppers

Pepperoni & Salami

8oz Pepper Jack cheese cubes

8oz Colby and Monterey cheese cubes

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Italian dressing to taste


  1. Chopped everything.

  2. Mix everything together in a bowl.

  3. Add dressing and refrigerate for an hour before serving

  4. Enjoy!
