Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves minced garlic
10oz baby spinach (fresh)
1/2 cup heavy cream
3oz cream cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat butter and garlic over medium heat.
2. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
3. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir constantly until the cream cheese melts. Than cook a few minutes until thickened.
