Keto Lasagna


2 Joseph’s Lavash bread wraps, cut into strips Jar of Rao’s marinara sauce 1 Tbsp butter 1 bell pepper, diced 1 onion, diced 2 lb ground beef 1-2 lb shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese Italian seasoning Salt and pepper


  1. Brown veggies in butter over medium heat then add in ground beef and cook until done. Turn the heat off on the stove. Drain the fat. Pour in the jar of marinara and mix well. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Layer a casserole pan with “noodle” (bread strip) then cheese, meat filling, cheese, noodle, cheese, meat filling, and then one last layer of cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
