INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts, cut up
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup chopped broccoli
One package Miracle Noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
Teriyaki Sauce of choice, I use G Hughes
Rinse and pat dry the noodles.
Add olive oil and minced garlic to pan, season with seasonings of choice until cooked through.
Add in veggies and season, cook till veggies are soft.
Add in the miracle noodles and top off with the teriyaki sauce.
