INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef or Turkey 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion flakes 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1/2 cup onion 2 10oz cans of diced tomatoes w/ green chili’s 8oz block of cream cheese 32oz beef broth 1/2 cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a skillet on the stove, crumble and cook ground beef and onion. 2. Transfer ground beef mixture to slow cooker. Add seasoning and remaining ingredients. 3. Close lid and cook on low for 4 hours, or 2 hours on high. 4. Serve with your favorite topping: shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream or jalapeños
