Ingredients
20 oz (567 g) Chicken breast boneless skinless
raw
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Sriracha or hot chile sauce
3 medium Green onion
1 tbsp Sesame seed kernels (shelled) toasted without salt
3 tbsp Flour
1 cup Rice white cooked without salt
2 cup chopped Broccoli raw
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ cup Ketchup or catsup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Chop chicken breast and toss with flour to coat. Place bite sized pieces of chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and into hot oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove tray, and add chopped broccoli to one side of the pan.
Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, honey, and sriracha sauce in a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, and stir again.
Remove tray from oven, and combine chicken with sauce, mixing to coat. Place chicken in bowls with broccoli and cooked rice.
Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
